On April 14th, I emailed the city of Greensboro's public relations director Pat Boswell with a request for the January, February and March monthly water quality reports. They were not posted online.
I got no reply.
On April 17th, I sent another request to Ms. Boswell.
I got no reply.
On April 22nd, I sent another request to Ms. Boswell and copied her bosses, Denise Turner and Bob Morgan.
I got no reply.
Today I see that the water quality reports are now online, but not one of the people whose combined salaries are about $400,000 could reply to an email.
Greensboro deserves better.

Why should they answer your questions? You're just a resident of the City of Greensboro.
