Chris, 34, is a physician's assistant and registered as a Republican. His three top issues are budgets, business/jobs and public safety/infrastructure. In answer to what he would do, specifically, to increase transparency in city government, he said, "there must be full disclosure at all times."
This is Chris' second run for council. He ran at-large in 2011, finishing fourth in a race for three seats, just out of the money by 762 votes or 1.5% of the votes cast.
