News & Record dumbs it down

GREENSBORO — Remember how it got so cold last winter that climate-change skeptics were saying, “See, we told you so”?

For the next few days, climate-change believers get their turn. The muggy heat will be so bad, it just might feel as though the world has never been this hot.

Kudos to reporter Taft Wireback for that accurate and insightful representation of climate change. Bonus points for the quote from no one in particular.  (Sadly ironic that made up quotes get quotation marks while the N&R editor defends copying multiple paragraphs word-for-word from other sources without them.)
