Records request

I submitted the following records request to the City of Greensboro:

In a column published in the News & Record on February 9th, 2013, city staff refer to:

"... an annual report that describes all facets of how the department polices itself, including an analysis of data to inform revisions to policy, procedure and training."

Please provide me with a copy of each of the last three of those annual reports.

and "...a community survey to receive feedback critical to the calibration of its performance."

Please provide me with the latest of those surveys including all responses received to it.
