The City Council must demand a full accounting of police surveillance policies and activities — not about their tracking of criminals but of citizens who are exercising their constitutional rights.Yes, but let us remember, the City is also refusing to provide information about its surveillance of the public at large—people just going about their daily business. Maybe Clark can see how the two are related and call for a broader scope.
