What do these people have in common?
They are all full of hot air.
In 2006, when Greensboro Police Chief Tim Bellamy issued a press release that said people in the community were secretly recorded by a non-sworn police officer and that the reasons for them being recorded were unknown but under investigation, Holliday, Wells and Danahy, with his minions, all puffed up with righteous indignation and promised that we would get to the bottom of this.
More than three years later, only Ben Holder, with some sympathetic assistance from City Councilor Mike Barber, is following through. City Councilor T. Dianne Bellamy-Small is trying to sweep this under the rug, abetted by City Councilor Goldie Wells' selective memory while Holliday and Danahy are silent.
Shameful. Greensboro deserves better.
