GREENSBORO, NC -- North Carolina A&T last week announced plans to eliminate the university's French and Spanish majors, the administration suggesting the Rosetta Stone language-learning software might suffice (news, opinion.). Today, an announcement that the A&T band will travel to New York to appear in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and some students are thinking of delaying their graduation so that they can participate.
