Small tent
When the number of voters in the county registered to your party is third behind Democrats and independents, how do you broaden your influence? You sponsor a mayoral candidates' forum and invite only those candidates who are registered Republicans (in a non-partisan race). Yeah, that's the ticket.

ReplyDeleteRoch - just so you know - The the "Wake UP Republican WOmen" who sponsored this event, have by-laws, - as they are a group which is under the NCFRW federation, and it is against the rules
ReplyDeleteto allow any non-Republican (even Unaffiliated) candidate to speak in an official capacity. Our President - who really is a cool dame, could have been removed from her post. Democrat groups all have similar by-lawws.
