Compare and contrast, the worst of WFMY returns

On the heels of a surprising glimmer of excellence from WFMY two days ago, comes a reversion to the norm today.

Under the category of Local & State News, Teresa Ostuni publishes an empty-headed plea more suitable for a bad email chain letter or a twelve year-old's facebook.

Entitled "Use These Contacts To Take A Stand Against Drunk Driving," the piece reports no news, cites no sources or data, relays no who, what, when or where; it just offers an ambiguous emotional appeal and a disembodied call for people to take some vague action to "strengthen the sentencing for drunk driving." Ostuni writes:
"Take a stand against legislation that allows offenders to, often repeatedly, get away with little to no jailtime (sic) and pay small fees for their wrongdoing."
Request denied.
