It turns out the slickly edited video that made it appear as if a Guilford County Commissioner was insulting a speaker from the floor by taking two unrelated comments and splicing them together--the video that fooled WGHP Fox8 and Rush Radio 94.5 into believing the contrivance--was produced by the thirteen year-old son of the founders of Conservatives for Guilford County.
