Illegal campaign yard signs

In Greensboro, it is against the law to put campaign yard signs on public property, including right or ways and medians. From the Greensboro code of ordinances, permitted signs:

Temporary political signs located on private property with the property owner's permission;

Here are some illegally placed yard signs in my neck of the woods. Congressional candidate Bill Randall's supporters seem to be particularly frequent offenders. The last picture is of a city employee removing some improperly placed signs.
