In a video in the city's hand-picked list of videos in support of Greensboro's pursuit of Google on their professionally managed web site. Let me repeat that: Someone from the PR agency Greensboro hired to manage its Google web site chose this video for the City-sanctioned YouTube channel.
If it were salty language in a video about Greensboro's pursuit of Google, maybe one could justify it. But it's not even. It's a video by some spammer talking about how to spam YouTube. (Check it out. Salty language throughout, quoted remarks at the 5:01 mark)
