Greensboro Public Library's David Theall is smart

Having recently criticized the City of Greensboro for their user-unfriendly distribution of press releases, I think it is only appropriate to note an admirable exception. Press releases from the city library's David Theall arrive with a meaningful subject line and the press release in the body of the email (I know, sounds normal, but it is not the way most City press releases are sent). Somebody ought to call David for some pointers -- or give him a promotion.
