Roth, 47, works as an entrepreneur and consultant and is registered as Republican. He says his three top issues are jobs, fiscal responsibility and term limits.
In answer to what he will do specifically, to increase transparency in city government, he says, "We need to conduct the public's business in front of the public. In addition, we need to simplify the city's accounting methods and require transparency for city funded initiatives and entities."
