GREENSBORO, NC -- John Alexander Underwood, candidate for Greensboro City Council district 4, has added his profile to GreensboroCouncilCandidates.com.
Underwood is 30, works in retail and is registered as unaffiliated. He says that his three top issues are jobs, crime and corruption.
In answer to what he would do, specifically, to increase transparency in city government, he says, "Corruption is a disease, and transparency is the cure. We live on hollowed ground, a sacred city where liberty was fought for, paid for in blood on the alter of freedom, transparency is our duty."
