GREENSBORO, NC -- After a year-long process of meetings, studies, consultations, charettes and community outreach which lead the Performing Arts Center Task Force to recommend a location that has been summarily and inexplicably dismissed by unnamed city staff, it appears the only reason for the effort was for City Council to funnel $145,000 in "salary" to the director of the task force and Mayor Robbie Perkin's former campaign manager.
Brilliant! Diabolical, but brilliant!
