Elon College student and Obama supporter Andy Milne was arrested for disturbing the peace at Thursday's Sarah Palin rally after he was accosted while holding up a sign.
A few years ago, a couple was arrested in West Virginia for wearing anti-Bush t-shirts to a Bush rally. They filed suit and, last year, the federal government agreed to settle, paying the couple $80,000.00.
