Makes my head hurt

This News & Record article by Donald Patterson is describing some kind of job changes at Timco, the airplane maintenance company at the airport. Patterson describes positions coming and going and moving around, some now, some later. I think the bottom line is that 50 jobs are leaving the Greensboro location, but it's not really clear.
