GREENSBORO, NC -- Greensboro city officials met recently with the general manager and news staff of WFMY over WFMY's reporting practices, expressing the City's displeasure with "storylines designed to portray the City in a negative manner" and "the lack of integrity shown by WFMY reporters in their news gathering tactics." Apparently, the meeting went well enough to allow the City to restore WFMY's access to city employees. Here is an email from the assistant city manager to City department heads.
