Judges from the Friendliest Town in the USA competition are in Mount Airy, NC today to judge its friendliness. Also in Mount Airy today, an argument between a man walking on a road and another man driving. The driver, who allegedly yelled at the walker to get off the road, got out of his vehicle and approached the walker who shot the driver in the groin.
