The News & Record reports the cameras "will operate around the clock and be monitored through a single console during certain hours of the day and night." Where is this "single console" located and who will have access to it?
Very good point, Roch. Why is it the job of DGI to monitor Greensboro, as though they were elevated to the role of "Central Scrutinizer," like in the Frank Zappa rock opera "Joe's Garage?"
