Although I'm tempted to tell you why you must read it, including to bring to your attention the audacious quote by the Greensboro City Attorney that he thinks City records may be kept secret if they are "a part of an employee's duties," I'll just say this: An important subject explained with a degree of professionalism increasingly rare in Greensboro.
